1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/2 red onion, diced
2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, avocado, red onion, and lettuce.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
3. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Toss gently and garnish with fresh cilantro.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
