These little treats are the kind that disappear fast at family gatherings — creamy white chocolate, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans in every bite. Just 3 ingredients and no oven needed!
Ingredients:
12 oz white chocolate (chips or melting wafers)
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans (plus extra for topping, if desired)
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until everything is evenly coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into little clusters.
Sprinkle a few extra chopped pecans or cranberries on top if you’d like a prettier finish.
Let the clusters set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
Optional tip 🌟
Want an extra pop of flavor? Add a tiny pinch of sea salt on top before they set — the sweet & salty combo is heavenly!
