Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza – Easy and Tasty

Ingredients

2 naan breads
1 cup cooked, shredded or diced chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
½ cup tzatziki sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup cucumber, diced
¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
Optional: red pepper flakes for a kick

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place naan breads on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across both naan breads.
Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and Kalamata olives.
Sprinkle with dried oregano and crumbled feta cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the naan are crispy.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh dill or parsley. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
Slice and serve warm.
