1 bag (28–32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup crumbled blue cheese (or extra cheddar)
6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup ranch dressing
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven according to tater tot package instructions (usually 220°C / 425°F).
Bake tater tots until crispy and golden (about 20–25 minutes).
Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with cheddar, mozzarella, and blue cheese.
Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with crispy bacon and drizzle generously with ranch dressing.
Finish with chopped parsley and black pepper. Serve hot!
