4 large flour tortillas or wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium carrot, grated
½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup mayonnaise or ranch dressing (optional for creaminess)

Instructions
Directions:
In a medium bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce until evenly coated and lightly glazed.
Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface and, if using, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or ranch dressing to add richness and balance the sweet spice.
Divide the sauced chicken evenly down the center of each tortilla.
Top with shredded lettuce, grated carrot, sliced bell pepper, and red onion for fresh crunch and color.
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to enclose all the filling. Slice diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap for lunch on the go.
