• 2 ripe peaches, sliced
• 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
• 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
• 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
• 2 tablespoons honey
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. On a large serving platter, arrange the sliced peaches, strawberries, and blueberries in a decorative pattern.
2. Add the fresh mozzarella slices evenly among the fruits.
3. Sprinkle the fresh basil leaves over the salad.
4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze and honey over the top.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
