Ingredients
For the Layers:
1 pound cake or sponge cake (cut into cubes)
2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
2 cups vanilla pudding or custard
2 cups whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
¼ cup strawberry jam (optional, for extra flavor)
For Garnish:
Fresh strawberries 
Crumbled cake or cookie crumbs (optional)
Instructions
Cut the pound cake into bite-sized cubes.
In a large trifle dish or individual cups, layer as follows:
A layer of cake cubes
A drizzle of strawberry jam (optional)
A layer of vanilla pudding
A layer of sliced strawberries
A layer of whipped cream
Continue layering until you reach the top of the dish.
Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of cake crumbs or cookie bits for crunch.
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving for the best flavor and texture.
