1 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1 cup crushed shortbread cookies
1/4 cup melted white chocolate
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread sushi rice onto a sushi rolling mat.
Spread cream cheese mixture over rice.
Layer sliced strawberries and strawberry jam on top.
Sprinkle crushed shortbread cookies evenly.
Roll sushi tightly and seal edges with melted white chocolate.
Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Garnish with mint leaves.
