Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

Ingredients

– 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
– 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
– 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
– 8 oz (227g) cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar

Instructions

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix with melted butter until crumbly.
3. Spread half of the crumb mixture in a greased 9×13-inch pan.
4. Spoon strawberry pie filling evenly over the crumb layer.
5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
6. Pour cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.
7. Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes:
You can use other fruit pie fillings like cherry or blueberry for a different flavor.
Serve with whipped cream for extra delight!
