8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
For the Orange Garlic Glaze ![]()

½ cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp honey ![]()
3 garlic cloves, minced ![]()
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter ![]()
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water

Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken ![]()
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Pat the drumsticks dry and place them in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
2. Roast the Drumsticks ![]()
Arrange chicken on a lined baking tray. Roast for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
3. Make the Orange Garlic Glaze ![]()
While the chicken cooks, combine orange juice, honey, garlic, soy sauce, butter, and orange zest in a saucepan over medium heat.
Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for another minute until glossy and thickened.
4. Glaze the Chicken ![]()
Brush or spoon the sticky orange garlic glaze generously over the roasted drumsticks. Return to the oven for 5 extra minutes to caramelize.
5. Serve ![]()
Arrange the drumsticks over fresh orange slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm with rice, roasted potatoes, or a crisp salad.
