Ingredients
For the skewers
400 g sausage (beef, chicken, or turkey – sliced into chunks)
3–4 small potatoes (parboiled, cut into chunks)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Optional add-ins
Bell peppers (chunks)
Red onion
Zucchini slices
For the glaze (optional but recommended)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp chili flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (or prepare grill)
Parboil potatoes for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender, then drain
Toss potatoes and sausage with olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper
Thread onto skewers, alternating sausage and potatoes (and veggies if using)
Arrange on a baking tray or grill
Roast or grill for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and browned
Mix glaze ingredients and brush over skewers during the last 5 minutes
Serve hot with extra drizzle if desired
