Ingredients
Chicken
2 boneless chicken thighs
½ cup flour
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying
Korean BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic (minced)
Buns
2 brioche buns (toasted)
Gochujang Mayo
½ cup mayo
1 tsp gochujang
Kimchi Slaw
1 cup cabbage (shredded)
¼ cup kimchi (chopped)
1 tbsp mayo
Toppings
Sliced cucumbers
Sesame seeds

Pan Fry
Total cook time: 25–30 minutes
Instructions
1. Fry Chicken
Season and coat chicken in flour. Fry until crispy and cooked through.
2. Make Sauce
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Toss chicken in sauce.
3. Make Slaw
Mix cabbage, kimchi, and mayo.
4. Toast Buns
Lightly toast brioche buns.
5. Assemble Sandwich
Bun → gochujang mayo → chicken → kimchi slaw → cucumbers → sesame seeds → top bun
