1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp pickle relish

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, and paprika.
Refrigerate while preparing the rest.
Cook the Smash Burgers

Heat a skillet over high heat.

Divide beef into small balls.

Place each ball on the hot pan and smash it flat using a spatula.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until crispy edges form.

Flip, add cheese, and cook another 1–2 minutes.
Assemble the Bowl

Add lettuce as the base.

Top with tomatoes, onions, and pickles.

Place smashed burger patties on top.
