2 lbs potatoes, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 packet onion soup mix
Instructions
Lightly grease your slow cooker.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes evenly at the bottom.
Sprinkle with half of the onion soup mix and half of the cheese.
Repeat with remaining potatoes, soup mix, and cheese.
Pour heavy cream evenly over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender and creamy.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden cheesy top.
