1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Batter
Separate egg whites from yolks. Blend cottage cheese with egg yolks until smooth.
Step 2: Whip the Eggs
In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff peaks form.
Step 3: Fold Together
Gently fold the cottage cheese mixture into the whipped egg whites until combined.
Step 4: Bake
Spoon onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into bun shapes. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
