2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, and peppermint extract. Mix until well combined.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes.
4. Melt the white chocolate wafers according to package instructions.
