1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 large cucumber, sliced

1 ripe avocado, diced

Instructions
In a large serving bowl, gently combine the diced mango, sliced cucumber, blueberries, and avocado.
Sprinkle the chopped mint evenly over the salad.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
Toss gently to avoid mashing the avocado.
