1 large head of cabbage, cut into thick slices
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
Lay the cabbage slices on a baking sheet, keeping them intact as “steaks.” Mix the melted butter with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, then brush generously over each slice so it soaks into every layer. Roast at 400°F for 25–30 minutes until the edges are crispy and caramelized. Sprinkle parmesan on top and bake another 5 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
They come out tender in the center with crispy, buttery edges and that rich garlicky flavor in every bite
