Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

➡️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
➡️ In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
➡️ In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
➡️ Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
