Lemon Caper Butter Chilean Seabass

Easy and Delicious Lemon Caper Butter Chilean Seabass

Ingredients

– 4 Chilean sea bass fillets (approximately 600 g)
– 100 g unsalted butter
– 2 tablespoons of capers
– 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
– Go out to pleasure
– Pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the steaks: Season the chilean sea bass fillets with salt and pepper to taste on both sides. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak up the flavors.
2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Make sure it’s hot enough before adding the steaks.
3. Cooking Sea Bass: Place sea bass fillets in the pan with the skin down (if they have skin). Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Then, flip the steaks carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are cooked through and tender. Remove the steaks from the pan and place them in a hot plate.
4. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to half and add butter. When butter melts, add minced garlic and capers. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until garlic is fragrant.
5. Add the lemon: Add the juice of fresh lemon to the pan and mix well. Cook for one more minute for the flavors to integrate.
6. Serve: Pour the lemon butter sauce and capers over sea bass fillets. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for garnish.
7. Enjoy: Serve hot Chilean sea bass, accompanied by rice, mashed potatoes or a fresh salad. Enjoy this delicious dish full of flavor!
