1/2 cup blueberry puree
1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a tart pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes.
For the compote, cook blueberries, sugar, water, lemon zest, and juice over medium heat until berries burst. Cool slightly, then layer over crust.
Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest until smooth. Spread over the compote.
For the ganache, heat blueberry puree just until warm. Pour over white chocolate chips, let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with fresh blueberries, lemon slices, and mint before serving.
