4 slices sandwich bread
4 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons garlic butter (or mix butter + garlic powder)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin and brush with garlic butter.
Press each slice into the muffin cups to form a shell.
Crack one egg into each bread cup. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
Let cool for 2 minutes before removing.
