Ingredients
For the Shrimp
1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Vegetables
2 bell peppers, sliced
For the Topping
½ cup (75 g) feta cheese, crumbled
For the Chili Honey
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp chili flakes
Garnish
Fresh parsley or basil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss shrimp and peppers with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread in a baking dish.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until shrimp is cooked and peppers are tender.
Mix honey and chili flakes.
Drizzle chili honey over the bake and sprinkle feta on top.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
