Ingredients
For the Buttermilk Biscuits:
2 cups all-purpose flour ![]()

½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt ![]()
½ cup unsalted butter, cold & cubed ![]()
¾ cup cold buttermilk ![]()
1 tbsp honey
(optional, for a touch of sweetness)
For the Fried Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 8 slider-sized pieces) ![]()
1 cup buttermilk ![]()
1 tsp hot sauce (optional) ![]()
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ![]()
1 tsp salt ![]()
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika ![]()
½ tsp garlic powder ![]()
½ tsp onion powder ![]()
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
Vegetable oil for frying ![]()
For Assembly:
2 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing biscuits) ![]()
Honey or hot honey drizzle ![]()

Instructions
Make the Biscuits
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in buttermilk & honey (if using) until just combined. Do not overmix!
Turn dough onto a floured surface, fold it over a few times, then roll to about 1-inch thickness. Cut into 8 biscuits using a round cutter.
Place biscuits on the baking sheet, close together for soft sides. Brush tops with melted butter & bake for 12-15 mins until golden brown.
Make the Fried Chicken
In a bowl, mix buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken pieces & let marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor!).
In another bowl, whisk flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
Heat oil in a deep skillet to 175°C (350°F).
Dredge each piece of marinated chicken in the flour mixture, pressing to coat well.
Fry chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, until crispy & golden. Drain on paper towels.
Assemble the Sliders
Slice warm biscuits in half.
Place a crispy fried chicken piece on each biscuit.
Drizzle with honey or hot honey ![]()

Add pickles for a tangy crunch
(optional but amazing!).
Top with the other half of the biscuit & serve warm!
