Ingredients

4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, torn
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
Honey Lime Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Pinch of sea salt
Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth and lightly emulsified.
