8 ounces halloumi
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon dry basil
½ teaspoon dry oregano
½ teaspoon dry rosemary
¼ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt (adjust to taste)
1 to 2 teaspoons honey (more to taste)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Unfold halloumi and slice into ¼-inch thick strips.
3. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, herbs, pepper, and salt. Toss to coat.
4. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove, drizzle with honey, flip slices, and bake for another 8–10 minutes until golden.
