Ingredients
(Salad)
765g romaine salad mix
100g canned chicken
(Caesar dressing)
250g fage 0% greek yogurt
30g hellman’s light mayo
25g grated parmesan
5 anchovy filets
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions
1) Blend all dressing ingredients together
2) Add salad and chicken to obnoxiously large bowl
3) Drizzle dressing over top
4) Toss until coated
