3 ripe peaches, halved & pitted
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Vanilla ice cream
¼ cup caramel sauce
¼ cup chopped toasted nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
Pinch sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Brush peach halves with melted butter, sprinkle brown sugar on cut sides.
Grill cut-side down 3–4 min (until soft & charred), flip & grill 1 more min.
Place warm peaches in a bowl. Add a scoop of ice cream.
Drizzle with caramel, sprinkle nuts, and finish with a tiny pinch of salt.
Serve immediately.
