– 1 loaf of Italian bread, cut into slices
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
– 4 oz. blue cheese, room temperature
– 4 peaches
– Honey, for drizzling
– Fresh thyme, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Grill and Ingredients: Preheat your grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and slice them into 1/4-inch thick slices. Arrange the peach slices on a cutting board or baking sheet, and brush the top sides with olive oil.

2. Prepare the Bread: Slice the baguette or Italian bread, then arrange the slices on a platter or baking sheet. Brush the top sides with olive oil.

3. Mix the Cheeses: In a small bowl, mash together the cream cheese and blue cheese until smooth. Set this mixture aside.

4. Grill the Bread and Peaches: Place the oiled sides of both the bread and peaches onto the grill grates. Brush the tops of the peaches with more olive oil, leaving the bread tops dry. Grill for 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear, then flip and grill an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove from the grill.
