Ingredients
1 lb steak (sirloin or flank), sliced into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Pat steak strips dry and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Sear steak strips for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely charred. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, lower heat and add garlic. Sauté briefly until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and chili flakes. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Add butter and stir until melted and glossy.
Return steak to the pan and toss to coat in the glaze. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
