1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
2. Fold in crispy rice cereal and chopped pecans until well coated.
3. Spread the chocolate crunch mixture over the caramel layer in the pan.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
1. Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until set.
