Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 cup milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and milk.
4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Spoon batter into muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
