Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt + black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Reduce heat and add butter and garlic. Stir until melted and fragrant.
Add lemon juice and toss everything together until coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
