2 naan
2 tbsp olive oil
4 oz. goat cheese
2 oz. shredded mozzarella
5-6 ripe figs, sliced
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Fresh chopped basil for topping
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place naan on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Crumble goat cheese into small pieces and evenly distribute over each naan, followed by shredded mozzarella.
Top with fig slices and season with salt.
Bake for about 14 minutes, then broil for 1 minute until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with fresh basil.
Slice and enjoy!
