Ingredients
– 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. Cook cauliflower: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.
3. Make cheese mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
4. Combine: Stir in the cooked cauliflower until well coated with the cheese mixture.
5. Transfer to baking dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly.
6. Add toppings: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them over the Parmesan for added texture.
7. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
8. Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
