Ingredients
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 small cucumber, grated and drained
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Chicken:
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Wraps:
• 4 large flatbreads or pita wraps
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• ½ cup cucumber slices
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
• ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (squeeze out excess water), garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Cook the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
3. Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the flatbreads or pita wraps slightly in the microwave or on a pan for a few seconds.
Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce on each flatbread. Add sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, cucumber slices, tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese if using.
4. Wrap and Serve:
Roll or fold the wraps and secure with parchment paper or toothpicks if needed. Serve immediately for a fresh, delicious meal!
