Ingredients

– 3 cups fresh or canned peaches (peeled and sliced)
– 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 4 large eggs
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon butter (softened, for greasing the pie plate)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie plate with the softened butter .
2. Arrange the peach slices evenly in the bottom of the pie plate .
3. In a blender or bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth (about 1–2 minutes) .
4. Pour the custard mixture evenly over the peaches in the pie plate .
5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center has a slight jiggle—it will finish setting as it cools .
6. Let it cool for 15–20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled—delicious with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream .
