Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp turmeric (optional, for color and flavor)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra crunch)
Instructions
Prep the cauliflower – Wash and cut into bite-sized florets. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Season well – In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Add Parmesan if using.
Air fry – Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place the florets in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
Cook until crispy – Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
Serve hot – Enjoy as a snack, side dish, or even a main course with your favorite dipping sauce!
