Ingredients
For the Wings:
2 lbs (900g) chicken wings, split
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
For the Glaze:
⅓ cup (80ml) hot sauce
2 tbsp honey ![]()
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
For the Fries:
4 large potatoes, cut into fries ![]()
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
For the Spaghetti:
12 oz (340g) spaghetti ![]()
2 cups (480ml) marinara sauce ![]()
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp chopped parsley ![]()
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
Pat the wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
Arrange wings on the rack and bake for 35–40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Toss the fries with oil and salt. Bake on a separate tray for 30–35 minutes, turning once until crisp.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Warm marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
In a small pan, melt butter and whisk together with hot sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Toss the cooked wings in the glaze until evenly coated.
Drain spaghetti and toss with the marinara sauce.
Plate the wings, fries, and spaghetti together. Finish the pasta with parmesan and parsley.
