Ingredients
For the Filling:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Dough:
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 tbsp olive oil
For Brushing:
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Extra Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Divide pizza dough into equal portions and roll each into a circle.
Spoon filling onto one half of each dough circle, leaving space around the edges.
Fold dough over filling to create a half-moon shape and seal edges by pressing with a fork.
Brush tops with beaten egg and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
Place calzones in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd).
Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan, then serve warm.
