8 beef hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 cup crushed potato chips
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Hot Dogs
Slice each hot dog lengthwise down the center without cutting all the way through. Place in buns and arrange on a baking sheet.
Step 2: Add Sauce and Cheese
Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over hot dogs, then top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 3: Top with Crunch
Sprinkle crushed potato chips over the cheese. Drizzle with melted butter.
Step 4: Bake and Serve
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crispy. Serve hot.
