Ingredients
• 12 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 12 slices bacon, cut in half
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into each jalapeño half.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs for extra crispiness (optional).
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
