Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup dried blueberries (or freeze-dried for stronger flavor)
1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1/2 lemon (optional, but very “cheesecake”)
2–4 tbsp milk (as needed for texture)
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and dried blueberries.
Add creamy base
Mix in cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon zest.
Adjust texture
Add milk a little at a time until the mixture holds together like dough.
Form balls
Roll into small bite-sized balls (about 1–2 tbsp each).
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
