Crab Rangoon Crescent Rolls – Delicious and Easy to Make

Ingredients

Scale

1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 oz imitation crab meat, finely chopped (can use real crab if preferred)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Vegetable oil spray or 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing

Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Step 2:
In a medium bowl, mix chopped crab, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and combined.

Step 3:
Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of the crab filling onto the wide end of each dough triangle.

Step 4:
Roll each triangle up toward the point, sealing edges gently to keep filling inside. Place roll‑ups point side down.

Step 5:
Lightly spray or brush each roll with vegetable oil or melted butter. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

Step 6:
Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if using, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
