1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Step 2: Mix the Batter
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Blend or stir until smooth.
Step 3: Spoon onto Sheet
Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten each into thin circles with the back of a spoon.
Step 4: Bake & Cool
Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool completely on the sheet for extra crunch
