Ingredients
1 package hot dogs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can chili (no beans)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet or lightly grease a baking dish.
Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly into a small round.
Place a few pieces of hot dogs in the center of each dough round.
Spoon a small amount of chili over the hot dogs, making sure not to overfill.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the filling.
Carefully fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
Place each filled popper seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the poppers are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added color and flavor.
Serve warm and enjoy these cheesy, savory bites.
