• 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp chili flakes
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil

• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp honey

• 2 green onions, sliced
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• Extra chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
Season chicken with paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
In a pot, bring chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil to a simmer. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey until smooth.
Divide cooked ramen and broth into bowls. Top with sliced chicken.
Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce.
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and extra chili flakes for heat.
