1 sheet pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
Mix melted butter with garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the garlic butter over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.
Roll the dough tightly into a log.
Slice into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
