Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, baking powder, salt, olive oil, garlic powder, and dried herbs. Mix until smooth.
Step 3: Scoop & Shape
Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 8 small rounds.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cloud bread is golden and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
