1 large head cauliflower
Olive oil (for brushing)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Dried parsley
Butter (for brushing)
Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Cooked bacon, crumbled
Sour cream (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Slice cauliflower into ½–¾ inch thick steaks
Brush both sides with olive oil and season well
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping once
Brush with butter, top with cheese
Broil 2–4 minutes until melted & bubbly
Finish with bacon crumbles & sour cream
